Apart from the price of the product in the local market, the most concerned issue for this type of product is undoubtedly the transportation method and shipping cost. Because the shipping cost of this product is not stable, we are unable to provide a real-time quotation. 1. Transportation methods for mobile homes

1) Land and railway transportation

Land and railway transportation are mainly suitable for some landlocked countries, such as Russia, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam. And these two modes of transportation have many limiting factors, so the types of rooms that can be transported are limited.

2) Sea freight

Sea freight is suitable for most regions, such as Europe and America, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, and other areas.

There are three types of sea transportation methods: bulk carriers, frame containers, and regular containers.

For our space capsule series, due to its extremely high size, it cannot be loaded into a 40 foot high container (40HQ container) properly, so we need to use special containers (frame containers). However, the price of special containers is relatively high, and the shipping cost reaches 2/3 of the product price, so there may not be any special requirements. We recommend customers to use bulk carriers because the shipping cost is relatively low, which is more suitable for the cost-effectiveness of the product.

Our apple cabins, container houses, and folding board houses can be directly loaded into regular containers. Like folding board houses, a container can even hold multiple houses.

2. Delivery of goods

If the customer does not have any special requirements, our house is prefabricated and shipped from the factory. After arrival, a crane is needed to place it in the designated location. After landing, it only needs simple fixing to move in. For installation and fixing, we support on-site installation videos and online technical support guidance to ensure that your after-sales support is guaranteed.

3. Freight issues

Freight is influenced by many factors, such as house size, weight, distance, order quantity, and transportation method, which is why we need to consult our freight forwarder every time we quote the price for ocean freight. So the sea freight listed in the table below can only provide you with reference, and the specific sea freight will be based on the quotation at that time.
